Gaëtan Gosselin was born in Plessisville and has lived and worked in Quebec City for thirty years. He studied political science and sociology, carried out a number of artistic projects and written essays on photography. His artistic project explores questions of the trace, the fragment and duration. Most of his work brings out the enigmatic, illusory and transient nature of the landscape. His photographs have been shown in solo and group exhibitions in Quebec, the rest of Canada and abroad, such as Espace Photographique Contretype (Bruxelles).
